This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city center and close to Antwerp Centraal station. The convenience of being right by the train station made it so easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the friendly service provided by the staff. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

All aspects were satisfactory, nothing needed improvement.

We liked the staff efficency,helpfulness and friendlyness. Also the location near train station bus station and tram stops making travel easy and painless. Beautiful breakfast room and good choice of menu at breakfast.

It really needs air-conditioning in the rooms, and a personal room safe.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food and drinks, including fresh squeezed orange juice. The location was very convenient, being close to a major shopping area and a transportation hub. , the room had plenty of closet space.

The heating system was annoyingly loud and made it hard to sleep. , the bathroom was small and outdated, with stains on the sink and bathtub, and a terrible liquid soap dispenser.

Two words: free wireless. Yes, very dependable free wireless, which is very important if you are on business or business/pleasure blend. In many hotels, the wireless is exorbitantly expensive: sometimes as high as 10 euros per hour!!! That is unacceptable to me. There is a pool but it was cold outside so I did not see it. The lift is small but quite reliable. The location is excellent. Close to zoo, central station. Our bathroom had a tub, which was nice. The room was spacious, with big windows that opened to the bustling street. Decent breakfast, with cold cuts, muesli, some hot foods, pastries, cheese, etc.

Well, the decor is a bit outdated. And I have seen better breakfasts. However, I am a fan of this hotel because of the free wireless, and everything else (including breakfast) is at least decent/good or better. I will probably stay here the next time I am in Antwerp.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast very nice in a lovely bright restaurant. Great location for shopping/sightseeing.

Swimming pool was very small - The pictures made it look a lot bigger than it was - the swimming pool was the single reason that I chose this hotel and I didn't end up using the pool at all during my stay for this reason.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious enough, with all the necessary amenities such as a TV, fridge, and desk. The bathroom was huge, featuring a bathtub and a shower with high pressure and consistently warm water throughout the day. The breakfast provided a great variety of high-quality food, and I especially loved the fresh and ripe fruits. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near the Central Station, making transportation convenient and allowing for easy exploration of this city's sights.

I had a room on the 3rd floor. The occupant in the room on the floor above me must have been an elephant. Every clump clump of their foosteps was accompanied by the ceiling fan and light fittings in my room rattling loudly. It really felt and sounded like someone was stamping their feet with each step that they took! This was the only negative in my stay but it did mean that I did not get the best of sleeps as unfortunately the elephant was up and about very early in the morning. I would request a room on the top floor next time so as to avoid this issue.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient for me as it was close to Antwerp Centraal station, where I arrived by train. It was also a short walk to the University where I had to go for a Summer school, and the Metro' Opera' station was just around the corner. Plus, being near the historical centre meant I could easily explore the city's landmarks and attractions.

The bed in my room was smaller than average, which made it a bit uncomfortable for me.

We felt relaxed and nothing was a problem for the staff. The Staff were polite and with a smile even when returning late. Will stay here again. Food excellent choice and plenty of time to get up and use the facility

The friendly welcome and generous hospitality were outstanding. The location, close to the staion and the edge of the shopping area, was also excellent.

I recently stayed in a hotel in Antwerp that surpassed my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, being very close to Antwerp station and the city center. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay and provided excellent service throughout. Lastly, the rooms were in good condition and well-equipped with basic amenities. The attention to detail was evident, with comfortable beds, a clean environment, and everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a plentiful buffet offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Fresh, ripe fruits, quality food, and a charming breakfast room made for a wonderful start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The gym that Columbus advertises in their hotel is just a bicycle and a rowing machine, and a 4m2 pool. This was the greatest disapointment for me cause I do train a lot.

My prio was: city centre. After hard day work just have a walk for a great choice of food. The room in general was ok. Window that could open en far from noisy and free wireless. But furniture and stuff have an out-dated look. Bed was ok but with blanckets. So not done in my point of view...In general nice people. Special the breakfast lady had a friendly face.

One morning the deskman was rude. One day the floor in the bathroom was not clean. No power-connector near the bed (charging phone, using laptop, ..)
